1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Bramforth Social, a service operated by Jimeny Enterprises Ltd (trading as Bramforth AI), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, signing in, or using Bramforth Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

Bramforth Social is a web-based tool that lets you publish, schedule, and analyse content across third-party social media platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (Twitter), and YouTube. The service operates by storing OAuth credentials you grant and acting on your behalf to publish content and fetch metrics through each platform's official APIs.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also remove support for individual platforms if their terms or API access change in a way that makes integration unviable.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Bramforth Social.
  • You must provide accurate sign-in information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including the email address you use to receive magic links.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others. Each individual user must have their own account.

4. Connected platforms

Bramforth Social interacts with third-party platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, and others we may add). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and developer policies.
  • Ensuring you have the right to post the content you publish through Bramforth Social.
  • The actions taken on your behalf using OAuth credentials you have granted to Bramforth Social.
  • Any consequences imposed by a platform (including account suspension or content removal) arising from your use of the service.

You can disconnect any platform at any time from the dashboard. We are not responsible for the availability, behaviour, pricing, or policies of any third-party platform, nor for any loss arising from changes those platforms make to their APIs.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership of the text, images, video, and other content you upload to or compose in Bramforth Social ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, transcode, and forward Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Bramforth Social service to you — for example, to upload your video to TikTok when you press "Publish". This licence ends when you delete the content from Bramforth Social or when your account is closed, except where retention is required by law.

You warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Bramforth Social to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that violates anyone's rights.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
  • Spam, send unsolicited bulk content, or engage in inauthentic engagement on any connected platform.
  • Publish content that promotes violence, hate, terrorism, child sexual exploitation, or self-harm.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service in any way that breaches the terms of any connected platform.
  • Sell, resell, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our written consent.

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section.

7. Intellectual property

The Bramforth Social service, including its software, user interface, and brand, is owned by Jimeny Enterprises Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Bramforth Social available continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may also change or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Bramforth Social is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any post will reach a particular audience, achieve any specific metric, or remain available on any third-party platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from third-party platform actions (such as account suspensions, content removal, or API changes).

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Bramforth Social at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@bramforth.ai — see our Privacy Policy for the deletion process.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would expose us to meaningful risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms last changed. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
